Insame Design & Build has been renovating and building across the Greater Toronto Area since 2009 — more than two hundred projects, from single rooms to whole houses.
Design and build sit under the same roof. There is no handoff between a designer who drew it and a contractor who has to make it work — which is where most renovations lose their timeline and their detail.
That matters more the higher the spec goes. A book-matched slab, a shadow gap that runs true, a stair lit from underneath: none of it survives a set of drawings passed over a fence.
We have carried that through kitchens and bathrooms, whole-house renovations, new residential construction, and commercial work including a cinema in Pickering and a barbershop in Bradford.
InsameVision came out of the same instinct. Clients kept being asked to approve six-figure decisions from a sample and a sketch. Now they see the room first.
